Our claims experience includes, Crew and other Protection & Indemnity, U. S. Longshore & Harbor Workers Compensation Act, State Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, Automobile and Truck Liability, Cargo and Hull & Machinery claims.

1990 to 1992 

Manager Hartford Insurance San Francisco Workers’ Compensation Office - responsible for managing the performance of claims adjusting staff in the San Francisco office, client services and staff development. Supervised and directed workload, proposed and implemented training programs and provided technical assistance to staff as well as to our insured.

1986 to 1990 

Claims Examiner Chevron Corporation specializing in U. S. Longshore & Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act compensation claims and State Workers’ Compensation claims in various venues.

1984 to 1986 

Manager Marine Safety & Claims U. S. Lines supervising all claims and safety issues for the west coast of the United States, Hawaii and Guam. Claims include Jones Act, vessel liability, property damage, state workers’ compensation and terminal related claims.

1980 to 1984

Claims examiner and investigator Marine Terminals Corporation responsible for investigating and adjusting U. S. Longshore & Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act claims, terminal liability and vessel liability claims as they pertained to Marine Terminals Corporation in the San Francisco Bay Area.

1970 to 1979 

Merchant Marine, Great Lakes sailed AB deck department, engine department, coal passer, wiper, QMED on various vessels sailing the Great Lakes.
