Cerberus & Company Investigations is committed to a two day turnaround for sub rosa cases. Our surveillance operatives have been with Cerberus & Company Investigations for at least 18 years each and work in a professional manner with your defense team in the event that a case comes to trial.

Our clients are important to us and we will accommodate their needs by emailing our reports or mailing them as hard copies which ever is more convenient. Video footage can be sent via the computer through a secure site at no extra cost, or on VHS, CD/DVD

AOE/COE:

*   Obtaining statements from the injured worker, supervisor(s), and any witnesses or other involved parties.

*   Obtaining medical records, personnel records, police reports, and other pertinent documents.

*   Obtaining photos, diagrams, and other documentation of the accident site and circumstances.

*   Investigating the potential involvement of subrogation, apportionment, negligence, and other factors.

We also conduct extensive computer searches with regards to locating individuals, reverse telephone to address, criminal/civil background searches, DMV History and access to WCAB database.

We are also available to assists your company with successfully serving subpoenas.
